We may also aggregate and/or deidentify candidate personal data and analyze those data for analytical, research, statistical, or any other purposes permitted by law. After it has been deidentified, the information is no longer personal data and is not subject to this Notice.

Your personal data may be transferred to recipients located outside of your country of residence. For the transfer of personal data from the European Economic Area to any countries not recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection according to European Economic Area standards, we have implemented adequate measures to protect your personal data, such as by ensuring the recipient is bound by standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. Email address to send newsletters to receive job posting notifications, hear more about career opportunities: The personal data collected for sending newsletters regarding career opportunities are kept 3 years from the collection of the consent or from the last contact from the person. The personal data collected for sending newsletters related to job posting notifications are kept during the time the job offer is active on the site.
III. Application for a job offer (“Join Talent Network”) and management of interviews: Where the applicant is successful, the personal data are kept during the term of the employment and stored during 5 years from the termination of the employment. Where the applicant is unsuccessful after following the last stage of the recruitment process, the personal data are kept 2 years from the last contact with the applicant. Where the applicant is unsuccessful from the first stage of the recruitment process, the personal data are immediately deleted.
IV. Check of references: Where the applicant is successful, the report of the references (without the personal data of the referees) is kept for 4 years. Where the applicant is unsuccessful, the report of the references is stored 2 years from the day the applicant has been informed he/she has been unsuccessful. In the affiliates, the report of references is kept during the recruitment process, then is deleted.
V. Management of a talent pool: 2 years from the last contact with the unsuccessful applicant, for France. Another duration may apply for entities located in another country than France.
VI. Reporting: The personal data regarding the drafting of HR dashboards and monitoring are kept for as long as it is necessary to achieve this purpose. Then, they are stored for the duration corresponding to the archiving duration of the purpose for which the reporting is done.

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and its implementing regulations (collectively, the “CCPA”) gives California residents certain rights and requires businesses to make certain disclosures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data. B. Definitions
“Personal data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular Candidate or household.
“Third Party” means any non-affiliated person that is not a Vendor.
“Vendor” means a service provider, contractor, or data processor which collects, stores, or otherwise handles personal data for us and is bound by contractual obligations to use your personal data only as directed by us.

Retention of Personal Data. We retain Candidate personal data collected in connection with the Career site for as long as reasonably necessary to serve the purpose for which it was collected or as long as required by applicable laws.

We may collect and may have collected in the past twelve months the following categories of personal data about Candidates in connection with the Career site:
- Identifiers and Contact Information, such as email address, last name, forename, middle name, country, postal address, preferred language, telephone number, Career site password, information about your references (including reference’s last name, forename, address, phone number, email address).
- Characteristics of Protected Classifications under state or federal law, such as age and gender.
- Professional or Employment-Related Information, such as resume, cover letter, professional experience, title, language levels (speaking/reading/writing), any additional documents or comments that you may find necessary to share with us regarding your job application, information about your references (including reference’s occupation and company).
- Education Information, such as education and degree.
- Sensitive Personal Information, including Personal Information that reveals race/ethnicity, ethnic origin, veteran status.
Retention of Personal Data. We retain Candidate personal data collected in connection with the Career site for as long as reasonably necessary to serve the purpose for which it was collected or as long as required by applicable laws.

D. Purposes for Processing & Disclosing Personal Data
We collect, process, and disclose, and in the past twelve months have collected, processed, and disclosed the categories of Candidate personal data listed in Section C of this California Notice in connection with the Career site for the following purposes:
We may also aggregate and/or deidentify Candidate personal data and analyze those data for analytical, research, statistical, or any other purposes permitted by law. When we do so, we take reasonable measures to ensure that the information cannot be associated with a Candidate or household, and we maintain and use the information in deidentified form. We will not attempt to reidentify the information, except that we may attempt to reidentify the information solely for the purpose of determining whether our deidentification processes satisfy applicable legal requirements. After it has been deidentified, the information is no longer personal data and is not subject to this California Notice.
We may also process Candidate personal data in connection with the Career site via use of automated technologies, including artificial intelligence, for the purposes listed above. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also use personal data we collect to train automated technologies we use for the above purposes. However, we do not process Candidate personal data in connection with the Career site using automated decision-making technologies to make significant decisions concerning Candidates.
We collect, process, and disclose, and in the past twelve months have collected, processed, and disclosed the categories of Candidate personal data listed in Section C of this California Notice in connection with the Career site for the following purposes:
